Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery times are: Netherlands 1–3 business days, Europe 3–7 business days, and International 7–15 business days. Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. JiJiCo is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
