4. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information.
5. Returns and Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions are Final Sale.
We only accept requests for a refund or replacement if the wrong item was received or if the product arrived damaged, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
6. Limitation of Liability
JiJiCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Our liability will never exceed the total amount paid for your order.
